The STPS41H100CG is a Schottky diode array from STMicroelectronics featuring a 1 pair common cathode configuration. It is designed for high-efficiency rectification with a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 10A per diode. The forward voltage is specified at 800mV maximum at 20A, enabling low conduction losses.
This device offers fast recovery performance with recovery time ≤500ns at >200mA, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The junction operating temperature range extends up to 175°C, supporting demanding thermal environments.
The STPS41H100CG is housed in a surface-mount D2PAK package (TO-263-3, D²Pak), which provides excellent power dissipation and is compatible with standard SMD assembly processes. The common cathode configuration simplifies PCB layout for dual-diode circuits.
