The STPS40L15CW is a center-tap Schottky rectifier module designed for ultra low forward voltage drop, optimized for OR-ing of parallel power supplies. It features a 1 Pair Common Cathode configuration with an average forward current of 40 A per device (20 A per leg) and a maximum DC reverse voltage of 15 V. Typical forward voltage is 410 mV at 19 A and 25°C, dropping to 250 mV at 125°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 700 A (5 µs sine) and 330 A (10 ms sine). It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is housed in a through-hole TO-247-3 (TO-247AC) package weighing 6 g. The part is suitable for high-frequency operation and includes a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long-term reliability.
The maximum DC reverse voltage is 15 V.
The average forward current is 40 A per device (20 A per leg) at 50% duty cycle, TC=86°C, rectangular waveform.
Typical forward voltage is 410 mV at 25°C and 250 mV at 125°C.
It is available in a through-hole TO-247-3 (TO-247AC) package.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
