The STPS3150RL is a Schottky rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified current of 3A. The forward voltage is 820mV at 3A, and it offers fast recovery with ≤500ns reverse recovery time for currents above 200mA. The device can operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C. It is housed in a DO-201AD through-hole package, suitable for axial lead mounting.
