The STPS30L60CW is a 30A, 60V Schottky rectifier diode array from Vishay, featuring two diodes in a common cathode configuration within a single TO-247AC package. This device is optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with typical VF of 0.56V at 15A per leg and 0.70V at 30A per leg, enabling high efficiency in power conversion applications. The high-frequency operation is supported by low junction capacitance (720pF) and negligible reverse recovery time inherent to Schottky technology.
The diode array is rated for a maximum average forward current of 30A (50% duty cycle, TC=112°C) and can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 265A (10ms sine) per leg. Avalanche energy rating of 13mJ ensures ruggedness in inductive switching environments. The junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a thermal resistance of 2.20°C/W per leg.
