The STPS3045DJF-TR is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It features a reverse voltage rating of 45V and a continuous forward current of 30A.
With a low forward voltage of 640 mV at 30A, it minimizes power losses. The device has a fast reverse recovery time of 500 ns, suitable for switching applications up to moderate frequencies. The maximum junction temperature is 150°C.
The diode is housed in a PowerFLAT package, which offers excellent thermal performance and a compact footprint for space-constrained designs. It is commonly used in power supplies, DC-DC converters, and freewheeling diodes.
