The STPS30170DJF-TR is a Schottky rectifier diode from STMicroelectronics designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 170V and an average rectified current of 30A. The forward voltage drop is 950mV at 30A, enabling low conduction losses. The diode offers fast recovery performance with a speed of ≤500ns at >200mA, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
