The STPS24045TV is a dual Schottky rectifier module from STMicroelectronics, consisting of two independent Schottky diodes in a common ISOTOP package. Each diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 45 V and can handle an average rectified current of 120 A. The forward voltage drop is maximum 670 mV at 120 A, ensuring low conduction losses. With fast recovery characteristics (≤500 ns), these diodes are suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The module is designed for chassis mounting, allowing efficient heat sinking in high-power systems. The operating junction temperature range extends up to 150°C. The ISOTOP package provides a robust, isolated baseplate for easy mounting and thermal management. Typical applications include power supplies, motor drives, and battery chargers where high current and low forward voltage are critical.
