The STPS2150A is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It offers a repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 150V and a forward current (If) of 2A, with a low forward voltage drop of 820mV at 2A. The device features fast recovery speed (≤500ns, >200mA), making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
