The STPS20M100SG-TR is a 100V, 20A Schottky rectifier diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications, offering a low forward voltage drop of 850mV at 20A to minimize conduction losses.
The diode has a fast recovery speed of less than 500ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching. It can operate at a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding thermal environments.
