The STPS20150CG-TR is a Schottky diode array from STMicroelectronics featuring a 1 Pair Common Cathode configuration. It uses Schottky technology for fast switching with low forward voltage drop.
The diode array is rated for a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) of 150V and an average rectified current (Io) of 5A per diode. The maximum forward voltage (Vf) is 920 mV at a forward current of 10A. It has a fast recovery speed of less than 500ns, suitable for high-frequency applications.
This component is designed for surface mount mounting and is supplied in a TO-263-3, D²Pak (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB package. The supplier device package is D²PAK. It can operate at a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
