The STPS1H100MF is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage is specified at a maximum of 770mV when forward current is 1A, enabling low conduction losses.
This diode is characterized by fast switching performance, with a reverse recovery time of 500ns or less at forward currents above 200mA. The maximum junction temperature is 175°C, supporting operation in thermally demanding environments.
