The STPS16H100CG is a Schottky diode array manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It consists of two diodes in a common cathode configuration, housed in a D2PAK (TO-263AB) surface mount package. The device utilizes Schottky technology for fast switching and low forward voltage drop.
