The STPS16150CT is a Schottky diode array designed for high-efficiency rectification. It consists of two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, providing a compact solution for dual-diode applications. The device has a maximum reverse voltage of 150 V and a typical forward voltage of 920 mV at 8 A forward current. The diode offers fast reverse recovery, with a maximum recovery time of 500 ns. It can operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C. The STPS16150CT is housed in a TO-220-3 through-hole package, suitable for easy mounting on PCBs. It is compliant with RoHS3 and REACH regulations, and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
