The STPS160H100TV is a dual Schottky rectifier diode array from STMicroelectronics, designed for high-current rectification applications. Each of the two independent diodes is rated for 80A average rectified current and 100V reverse voltage. The forward voltage is 0.8V at 80A, enabling efficient power conversion. The reverse leakage current is 40A at 100V.
This module features fast switching with a maximum reverse recovery time of 500 ns. Schottky technology provides low forward voltage drop. The junction temperature supports up to 150°C. The ISOTOP package offers chassis mount installation for effective thermal management.
