The STMicroelectronics STPS10LCD100CFP is a high voltage power Schottky rectifier designed for use in high frequency switched mode power supplies. This dual center tap rectifier features a high junction temperature capability and a good trade-off between leakage current and forward voltage drop.
Key electrical specifications include a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V, an RMS forward current of 30A, and an average forward current of 5A per diode at 145°C case temperature. The device offers a typical forward voltage drop of 0.64V at 5A and 125°C junction temperature, with a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C.
The rectifier is housed in an insulated TO-220FPAB package, providing 2000 V RMS insulation voltage and a typical package capacitance of 12 pF. The mounting type is through hole, suitable for various assembly processes.
