The STMicroelectronics STPS10H100CT is a high voltage power Schottky rectifier designed for high-frequency miniature switched-mode power supplies, such as adaptors and on-board DC/DC converters. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current of 10A. The device offers high junction temperature capability, low leakage current at high temperatures, and low static and dynamic losses.
