The STPS1045BTR is a Schottky rectifier designed for applications requiring low forward drop and small footprint. It has an average rectified current of 10A at 50% duty cycle and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V. The forward voltage is typically 0.57V at 10A and 125°C, and maximum 0.63V at 25°C. Reverse leakage current is 0.2mA at 25°C and 15mA at 125°C. The device features a junction capacitance of 760pF and a maximum dv/dt of 10000V/µs. It is capable of handling non-repetitive surge currents up to 390A for 5µs and 75A for 10ms. The avalanche energy rating is 20mJ. The rectifier is housed in a D-PAK (TO-252AA) surface-mount package, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 175°C.
