The STPR820D is a 200V, 8A fast recovery rectifier diode designed for power factor correction and high-efficiency switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V, average forward current of 8A at case temperature 100°C, and low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 8A (25°C). The reverse recovery time is 30ns, enabling high-frequency operation. Junction capacitance is typically 60pF at 4V. The device is housed in a TO-220AC through-hole package with bright tin terminals and molded plastic compound. It is RoHS compliant and lead-free. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
