Constructed with a black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator and phosphor bronze contacts with a tin finish (0.76µm thickness), the connector is designed for reliable performance. It is rated for a current of 3A and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C for the tin plating option. The 4-wall shrouding and keying slot provide polarization and protection for the contacts.

 

The connector is lead-free solderable and has a maximum SMT lead coplanarity of 0.10mm. It mates with Samtec's TCSD series (except the -SR option). This part is suitable for automated assembly processes.
