The STM32H743XI from STMicroelectronics is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M7 core. It features a core frequency of up to 400 MHz, complemented by a double-precision FPU and L1 cache, delivering 856 DMIPS/2.14 DMIPS/MHz performance.

Memory capabilities include up to 2 Mbytes of Flash memory with read-while-write support and 1 Mbyte of RAM, comprising TCM RAM, user SRAM, and backup SRAM. The device supports a dual-mode Quad-SPI memory interface and a flexible external memory controller capable of interfacing with various memory types up to 133 MHz.

With up to 168 general-purpose I/O ports, including fast I/Os up to 133 MHz and 5V-tolerant options, the STM32H743XI provides extensive connectivity.
