The STGIPS10K60T is a SLLIMM™ (small low-loss intelligent molded module) from STMicroelectronics, designed as a 3-phase inverter with a 600V and 10A rating. This intelligent power module integrates an IGBT inverter bridge with control ICs for gate driving and free-wheeling diodes, offering short-circuit ruggedness for enhanced reliability.
Key features include a negative temperature coefficient for VCE(sat), 3.3V, 5V, and 15V CMOS/TTL inputs with hysteresis, undervoltage lockout, an internal bootstrap diode, interlocking, and shut down functions. The module utilizes a DBC substrate for low thermal resistance and provides an isolation rating of 2500 Vrms/min. It also includes a 4.7 kΩ NTC thermistor for temperature control.
