This MOSFET offers exceptional dv/dt capability and application-oriented characterization. Key electrical parameters include a low on-resistance of 45mOhm at 15A and 10V, a gate charge of 55nC at 10V, and an input capacitance of 1200pF at 25V. The gate threshold voltage is 4V at 250µA, and the gate-source voltage is rated at ±20V.

 

Designed for surface mounting, the STD20NF10T4 comes in a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 package. Its operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C (TJ). The STripFET™ process minimizes input capacitance and gate charge, making it suitable for applications with low gate drive requirements and advanced high-efficiency converters for Telecom and Computer applications.
