The STMicroelectronics ST2329AQTR is a 2-bit dual supply level translator that facilitates data transfer between systems operating at different voltage levels. It accepts a VL voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V and a VCC range from 1.80V to 5.5V, making it suitable for interfacing low-voltage ASICs and PLDs with higher voltage systems.
This level translator features bidirectional translation without a direction control pin, utilizing a transmission gate-based design. It supports data rates up to 18 Mbps when driven by a totem pole driver and 6.8 Mbps with an open drain pole driver.
