The SSW-102-02-G-D-RA from Samtec is a 4 position dual row right angle through-hole socket strip receptacle on a 2.54mm pitch. It features phosphor bronze contacts with 20µin gold plating over 50µin nickel, housed in a black liquid crystal polymer insulator rated UL94 V-0. This connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications with push-pull fastening and full tail insertion depth of 3.68mm to 6.35mm.
Each contact is rated for 4.7A (2 pins powered) with a maximum voltage rating of 465 VAC / 655 VDC. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +125°C, and the part supports data rates up to 8 Gbps. The through-hole right angle termination style is suitable for standard solder processes and is lead-free solderable per the -D row option.
This connector mates with Samtec TSW, MTSW, MTLW, DW, EW, ZW, TSS, ZSS, TSM, TSSH, and HTSS series headers. The 2.54mm pitch and dual row configuration are common in space-constrained board stacking and signal routing applications. The right angle orientation facilitates low-profile connections parallel to the PCB.
