This InGaP/GaAs HBT technology-based amplifier typically provides 30 dB gain across the specified frequency range and temperature. It delivers high linear output power, with a P1dB greater than 28 dBm. The device meets 802.11g OFDM ACPR requirements up to 23.5 dBm and 802.11b ACPR requirements up to 23.5 dBm. It also offers excellent power-added efficiency, typically 34% at 23.5 dBm output power, with a low operating current of 200 mA.
Key features include high-speed power-up/down control via a single pin, with turn-on/off times less than 100 ns. It also includes excellent on-chip power detection with a 20 dB dynamic range. The SST12LP08-QX6E is designed for easy board-level integration and simple input/output matching.
