The SSRD8620CTT4G from On Semiconductor is a soft ultrafast recovery power rectifier array designed for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies. It contains two 3A diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 200V peak repetitive reverse voltage.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 1.35V at 6A total current and a typical reverse recovery time of 35ns. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 50A per package and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
