The On Semiconductor SSRD8620CTRG is a dual common anode fast recovery rectifier diode array designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward rectified current of 3A per diode. The forward voltage is 1.15V at 3A, and the reverse recovery time is 75ns typical, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
It is housed in a TO-252-3 DPAK package (also known as SC-63) and supports surface mount assembly. The device operates over a wide junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. This diode array is ideal for power supply output rectification, freewheeling diodes, and snubber circuits where fast switching and high temperature stability are required.
