The SSQ-108-03-T-S is an 8-position single row receptacle from Samtec's SSQ series of socket strips. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and uses a through hole termination with a 10.00mm (0.394") square tail. The connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and uses a push-pull fastening mechanism.
The receptacle is rated for 465 VAC / 655 VDC and carries 6.3 A per pin (with 2 pins powered). The operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C when using tin plating. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a matte tin finish. The insulator is black high temperature thermoplastic and meets UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
The SSQ-108-03-T-S mates with Samtec TSW and other .025" square post header series. It is supplied in bulk packaging. For design flexibility, the insertion depth ranges from 3.68mm to 6.35mm.
