The Samtec SSM-116-L-DV is a 32-position, 2-row surface mount receptacle from the SSM series of dual beam socket strips. It features a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch and uses the Tiger Claw dual wipe contact system for reliable performance. The connector is rated for 5.2A per contact and 405VAC/572VDC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and employs a push-pull fastening mechanism. The housing is black plastic with an insulation height of 7.37mm. All 32 positions are loaded with female socket contacts finished in tin (10.0µin). The part is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). Suitable for a wide range of interconnect needs requiring a compact, high-density surface mount rectangular connector.
