The JST SSHL-003T-P0.2 is a socket contact designed for use with JST NSH series 1.0 mm pitch disconnectable crimp style connectors. It accommodates wire gauges from 28 to 32 AWG with an insulation outer diameter of 0.4 to 0.8 mm. The contact is made of phosphor bronze with a tin-plated (reflow treatment) finish.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 1.0 A AC/DC (for AWG #28) and a voltage rating of 50 V AC/DC. Contact resistance is 30 mΩ maximum initial and 50 mΩ maximum after environmental tests. Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ minimum, and withstanding voltage is 500 VAC for one minute. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C.
