The SSA36 is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 60V and an average rectified current of 3A. The forward voltage is a maximum of 750 mV at 3A, and the reverse leakage current is a maximum of 0.1 mA at 60V.
