The SSA210 is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed by On Semiconductor. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 2A. The forward voltage is typically 0.8V at 2A, enabling efficient low-voltage rectification.
This device is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) package suitable for automated assembly. It is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C and features a peak forward surge current capability of 50A (8.3 ms single half sine-wave).
