The diode offers low power loss and high efficiency with a maximum forward voltage of 0.75V at 3A. It has a high surge current capability of 80A (8.3ms half sine-wave) and includes a guard ring for overvoltage protection. Reverse current is 0.5mA maximum at 25°C and 60mA at 125°C.

 

The device is rated for operating junction temperatures from -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance is 16°C/W junction-to-lead and 152°C/W junction-to-ambient per JESD51-3 on FR-4 PCB. It is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and has UL flammability classification 94V-0 with MSL 1.
