The Vishay Dale SS2FH6HM3/H is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier in a DO-219AB (SMF) package. It offers a low profile, ideal for automated placement, and is compatible with wave and reflow soldering.
This rectifier is designed for use in high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
