The SS29FA is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low power loss and high efficiency in surface mount applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 90V and an average forward rectified current of 2A. The forward voltage is 850 mV maximum at 2A, and reverse leakage is 0.1 mA at 90V and 25°C. The device is housed in a SOD-123FA package (also referred to as SOD-123FL) and is rated for operating junction temperatures from -55°C to +150°C. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant per the datasheet. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces. An automotive-qualified variant, NRVBSS29FA, is also available.
