The SS22T3G is a surface mount Schottky power rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It features a Schottky barrier with epitaxial construction and oxide passivation for high stability.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum DC reverse voltage of 20V, an average rectified current of 2A, and a low forward voltage drop of 500 mV at 2A. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 75A. ESD ratings are Machine Model C and Human Body Model 3B.
The rectifier is housed in a molded epoxy DO-214AA (SMB) package with J-bend leads, rated for surface mount soldering at 260°C for 10 seconds. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The part is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
