The SS13HE is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low power loss and high efficiency. It features a maximum average rectified current of 1 A and a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V. The forward voltage drop is typically 0.46 V at 1 A and 25 °C, with a maximum of 0.55 V. Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 50 µA at rated voltage and 25 °C, increasing to 10 mA at 125 °C. The device offers fast switching with a typical reverse recovery time of 5.6 ns. It is housed in a very low profile SOD-323HE surface mount package with a typical height of 0.68 mm.
