SS12L

The SS12L is a 1A, 20V Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Taiwan Semiconductor, designed for surface mount applications. It features low power loss and high efficiency, making it suitable for automated placement. The device includes a guard ring for overvoltage protection and offers high surge current capability up to 30A. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 0.450V at 1A (25°C) and a reverse leakage current of 400µA at 20V. The junction temperature range is -55°C to 125°C with a storage range of -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance is 45°C/W junction-to-lead and 100°C/W junction-to-ambient. The SS12L is housed in a Sub SMA package (DO-219AB) with matte tin plated terminals and cathode band polarity marking.
