The SS12FP is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low power loss and high efficiency in power supply and polarity protection applications. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 20V and an average forward rectified current of 1A.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage of 0.45V at 1A forward current, a peak forward surge current capability of 30A (8.3 ms single half sine-wave), and a typical reverse recovery time of 6 ns. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The SS12FP is housed in a compact SOD-123HE surface mount package with an ultra-thin profile (height < 1.0 mm) and a larger cathode pad for improved power dissipation. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
