SS110L

The SS110L is a 100V, 1A Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Taiwan Semiconductor, designed for efficient power conversion in surface mount applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 800 mV at 1 A, reducing power loss and improving efficiency. The diode offers a maximum reverse leakage current of 50 µA at 100 V and a peak forward surge current capability of 30 A, ensuring robust performance under transient conditions.

This device is housed in a compact DO-219AB (Sub SMA) package, ideal for automated placement and high-density PCB designs. It supports a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and provides thermal resistance of 45°C/W junction-to-lead and 100°C/W junction-to-ambient. The SS110L is RoHS compliant and halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020.
