The SRDA70-4.TBT from Semtech is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features four unidirectional channels with a typical reverse standoff voltage of 70V and a clamping voltage of 3.3V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 10A (8/20µs waveform) and has a low capacitance of 15pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection. It is not intended for power line protection. The diode is surface mounted in an 8-SOIC package (0.154", 3.90mm width) with a supplier device package of 8-SO. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Typical applications include general purpose circuit protection where rail-to-rail clamping is required.
