The SRDA3.3-4.TBT is a surface-mount TVS diode from Semtech designed for steering (rail-to-rail) ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a clamping voltage of 15V, ensuring sensitive circuits are protected against overvoltage transients.
