The SRDA05-4.TBT is a 4-channel unidirectional TVS diode array from Semtech, designed for steering (rail-to-rail) protection in general-purpose applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 20V, capable of handling peak pulse currents up to 25A (8/20µs) with a peak pulse power rating of 500W.
