The SR3.3.TCT is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode from Semtech designed for overvoltage protection. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 3.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 15V at a peak pulse current of 10A (8/20µs). With a peak pulse power rating of 150W, it provides robust protection for sensitive circuits. This device offers two unidirectional channels and includes power line protection.
