The SR151A220JAR is a radial leaded multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 22 pF with ±5% tolerance and a rated DC voltage of 100V. The capacitor uses a C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient, providing excellent stability over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
