The SR106-T is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high current capability with low forward voltage drop. It features a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 60V and an average forward rectified current of 1A at lead temperature 75°C. The device offers a peak forward surge current of 25A (8.3ms half sine-wave) and a typical forward voltage of 0.7V at 1A.
This rectifier is housed in a DO-41 (DO-204AL) molded plastic package with axial leads, suitable for through-hole mounting. It has a UL flammability rating of 94V-0 and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020A. The operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
