The SR104-T is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for high efficiency and low power loss applications. It offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward rectified current of 1.0A at a lead temperature of 75°C.
