The SPT01-335DEE is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 33V and a typical clamping voltage of 46V at 2A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 100W, this device provides robust protection against transient voltage events.
This TVS diode is housed in a compact 6-VQFN exposed pad package, with a supplier device package designation of 6+3-QFN (3x3mm).
