The Littelfuse SP4024-01FTG is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for automotive applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 50V. With a peak pulse current rating of 7A (8/20 µs waveform) and peak pulse power of 350W, it provides robust transient voltage suppression. The device offers low capacitance of 1.3pF @ 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines.
