The SP4020-01FTG-C is a discrete TVS diode from Littelfuse's SP4020 series, designed for ESD and surge protection on high-speed data lines. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a breakdown voltage of 3.5V min. With a peak pulse current rating of 30A (8/20µs) and clamp voltages of 6.6V at 1A, 14.2V at 10A, and 21.8V at 24A, it provides robust protection against lightning-induced surges and ESD events up to ±30kV contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. The device has an ultra-low typical capacitance of 2.5pF at 1MHz, making it ideal for high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet, USB 3.0, and T1/E1 lines. The bidirectional configuration (single channel) is housed in a small SOD323 package (SC-76 footprint), surface mount, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant, suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
